The Authority is in the process of upgrading its transmission grid and renewing the distribution system. The Authority work crew will be starting the installation of the 8” and 6” water line along Windsor Road on or about June 10th. This installation will help to alleviate the many water breaks that have occurred in this area and will increase fire flow to the hydrant.
Expected time to complete the job is two and a half months. This is subject to change due to unknown variables. Once the bacteria testing and hydro-static testing are completed with passing results, 17 customers will be tapped into the new water line.

During the construction period we plan on reducing traffic flow to one lane daily from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm.
