North Tank Painting Underway

The Fox Chapel Authority (FCA) northern booster district water storage tank is currently out of service for blasting and painting. This project is estimated to take 3 months to complete.
FCA will be utilizing its booster district pumping station to maintain normal pressure flow while this work is progressing. Some high points within this booster district may experience low pressure during peak hours of water usage.
FCA has also supplemented its water supply by activating as needed the interconnect it has with the Harmar and Hampton-Shaler Water Authorities. Both systems supply Non-Fluoridated Well Water. Some customers may notice a slight difference in taste and smell.
