The Fox Chapel Authority currently serves an area of approximately 15 square miles with 5,500 customers or a population of approximately 18,500 people.

Normal Hours of Operation

Office Staff:
7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday-Friday

Service and Work Crew:
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday-Friday

Problems / Emergencies

The Fox Chapel Authority should be your main contact for any water supply problem (e.g. water main or service line leaks, low pressure, taste and odor complaints). Our phone line answers 24/7/365.

For after-hours sewage emergencies, dial 911.
